Impact of Internal Integration, Supply Chain Partnership, Supply Chain Agility, and Supply Chain Resilience on Sustainable Advantage

The global order has suddenly changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Many countries, including Indonesia, have applied lockdown policies stop spread of COVID-19. Lockdown disrupted supply raw materials and demand for finished goods. manufacturing industry is one sectors that suffered most in this situation, they struggled reconfigure their internal external chain network partnership. This study examined impact integration, partnership, agility, resilience on sustainable advantage. participants were from companies Indonesia. For data collection, a questionnaire was used, with five-point Likert scale obtain respondents’ opinions. Using Google Form link, distributed via email WhatsApp social media application predetermined set companies. Respondents filled out 672 questionnaires, 456 respondents (corresponding 67.86%) it correctly considered valid further analysis. Partial least squares (PLS) regression used analyze using SmartPLS software version 3.3. results supported all nine hypotheses proposed. Internal integration through interdepartmental sharing affects (SC) partnerships, SC resilience. Moreover, on-time delivery by coping changing demand, improve resilience, advantages. keeping production process running normally regulating capacity, improves advantage providing timely product reliable sales volumes pandemic conditions.
